I began to screen print during a time I was frustrated that my work was not being accepted into exhibitions. I needed to make a major change in my practice to get out of my head and let creativity drive my work.
Screen printing has similarities to photographic printing, but they are more different than alike.
for close to a year, I went to a shared printmaking studio where I focused on my screen printing several evenings a week. Much of what I made, are T-shirts, under the brand “Tag Diss,” But I also worked on my formal prints on paper.
